Philosophy and policy

We provide high-quality products and services that meet customer needs based on our Management Philosophy. In order to operate the QMS effectively at all times, we put manuals and other documents in place to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, orders, ordinances, and other requirements, as well as commitments to our customers about our products and services, and strive for continuous improvement of management. We also conduct the following with all employees:

1. We will put quality first and strive to meet the stipulated requirements by utilizing the necessary management resources to ensure a stable supply of products and services that earn the trust and satisfaction of our customers.
2. We establish quality targets every year and share them within the organization. We also conduct management reviews periodically using the “Quality Target Sheet” to ensure that quality targets are achieved.
3. We ensure that the quality policy and quality objectives are communicated to and understood by all employees.
4. This quality policy will be reviewed and revised according to the economic and business situation.
