VFR applies technologies cultivated in the PC and EMS businesses, e.g., heat dissipation design, EMC design, wireless communication technology, environment and reliability evaluation, high-density mounting, and security evaluation to drones. We also deliver miniaturization and light-weighting, energy savings, and performance improvements, as well as packaging and UX/UI optimization.

VFR (VAIO Flying Robotics) Inc. launched with the aim of establishing and developing a new industrial field, drones, for the future of Japan and humanity. 

VFR bases its business on co-creation with domestic and international partners and is committed to expanding the world of computing VAIO has built into the skies, not merely the land (and also the oceans and into places inaccessible to humans).
